Everest Premier League 2020 Mulls To ‘Retain’ Chris Gayle

West Indies batsmen Chris Gayle remains a most-wanted player in Nepal as the country scrambles to announce a new schedule for the Everest Premier League (EPL) 2020.

The ‘Universal Boss’ was anticipated to be the League’s iconic star, but the coronavirus pandemic has shattered all the plans.

The organizers are mulling over finding the best schedule for the tournament on par with the availability of Chris Gayle and other overseas players.

“Of course, the availability dates for Chris Gayle and other foreign players shall be considered and shall be put on priority,” said EPL MD Aamir Akhtar.

Earlier in January, the hitter has twitted that he will play for Pokhara Rhinos in the 2020 Everest Premier League.
